Returns policy

Private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you receive your order. It also covers subscriptions and changes to a subscription plan.

For subscriptions, the 14-day period starts when you receive the first delivery and does not restart with later deliveries.

There is no withdrawal right for products sealed for health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken after delivery.

Email us at hello@smoothsunday.com. Leaving a parcel uncollected is not a valid cancellation.

Returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened and seals are intact. You pay return shipping and are responsible until we receive the goods — use a trackable service.

After cancellation we refund the original payment within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the return or proof of shipment.

If you return only part of an order, shipping costs are not refunded. We do not swap products automatically — return the original and place a new order.

Satisfaction guarantee: you may return a product (even opened) for a refund if you contact us within 30 days of the ship date. We refund the product value; you cover return shipping.
