Shipping policy

We ship throughout Finland, including Åland, and elsewhere in Europe. Depending on the method you choose, orders go to your home address, a pickup point, or a parcel locker.

You'll get a shipping confirmation by email when your order leaves. Upcoming subscription deliveries are shown in your account.

Typical transit time after your order leaves our warehouse:

• Finland: 1–3 business days
• Rest of Europe: 2–6 business days

Times may vary with demand and stock levels, for example during campaigns.

Standard shipping for the Starter Set subscription (starter set and blade refills) is free. Other orders and optional paid methods are priced at checkout.

Smooth Sunday is responsible for the order until you receive it. If a parcel or product is clearly damaged, contact hello@smoothsunday.com as soon as possible.

An uncollected parcel is not a legal cancellation. We may deduct postage and handling from any refund in those cases.
